At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

• Standard delivery via Evri (2–3 business days after dispatch).

Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Missed Deliveries & Address Errors

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Luzza Studio is not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays

While we aim to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to postal disruptions. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at hello@luzza.studio.

Packaging

Your jewellery will be carefully packed with love and sent in a padded envelope or eco-friendly box — ideal for gifting or keeping safe.

Returns

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be:

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll fix it right away.

We don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you'd like a different item, simply return your original and place a new order once your return is accepted.

EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period by law.
This means you can return your item within 14 days for any reason — no questions asked.
Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
If so, your original payment method will be refunded within 10 business days.
